Why This Is Different
I help thoughtful, capable women finally stop turning to food — not by fixing what isn’t broken, but by untangling why food became the default when life felt overwhelming, uncertain, or out of control. We don’t just talk about what you’re eating. We explore why, when, and what you’re really needing in those moments — and gently shift it using subconscious tools, nervous system support, and EFT (tapping).
