Shellie

Stop overeating. End the war of guilt and shame.

I help Jewish women change what happens when food isn’t about hunger anymore

If you keep eating when you’re not hungry and feel stuck in the same cycle of guilt and self-blame, what you’ve been doing just hasn’t worked  and that’s the part we change.

I work privately with Jewish women to stop overeating by understanding why it hasn’t stopped on its own and changing what happens next so food stops running the show

“Shellie totally changed my relationship with food and with myself.” – Bassie, 60”

Book A Conversation

Meet Shellie

For years, I tried to solve this the way most women do — by trying harder.
Food was my comfort and my struggle until I finally understood why it hadn’t stopped on its own.

That understanding changed everything — for me and for the women I now work with.

I’m Shellie. I’m 65, and I work privately with Jewish women who are done fighting themselves around food.

I don’t offer diets.
I don’t rely on willpower.
I don’t talk in circles.

I help women stop overeating by changing what happens in the moments food becomes the answer — so the war of guilt and shame can finally end.

What This Means for You:

If this could be solved with another plan, it would already be solved.
So we stop trying harder — and start working differently.

Together, we:

  • understand why this hasn’t stopped on its own

  • change what happens when the urge shows up

  • build a way forward that actually holds

Not perfectly.
But steadily.
And without fighting yourself.

“I never thought change was possible at my age, but it is. I feel calmer and more in control every day.” — Leah, 63
